The company has its origins based on the comprehensive experience of the Managing Consultant in property management for various large organisations, involving investment property portfolio compilation and management.
Founded by the Principal Consultants, on experience and procedures developed since the mid 1990's, the company continues to grow by entering partnerships with other professionals, whose skills and range of business experience provide the client support necessary to deal with the management of their investment.
In addition, EPM makes use of the personal networks of its members, which combine to form a powerful body of experience, information, abilities and contacts. |
